Hands on Help!
Whether you need some odds and ends to prepare your home for sale, or Jessica needs to get her tool belt and safety boots on, she's up for the job! Her love of construction started when she was a toddler helping her dad, Terry, renovate their family homes, and will continue for as long as she's able! This love of houses and construction is the reason she became a Realtor in 2005, continuing to serve her clients in the greater Hamilton and surrounding areas.

Building Renovations Diploma
As an Honours Graduate in 2014 of a two year program at Mohawk College, Building Renovations, Jessica extended her knowledge about construction by learning all about the theory behind building a home; from the foundation all the way to the interior trim work, while also spending a lot of time in the Ontario Building Code. "While we learned each step in theory, we then took that knowledge and applied it in shop class, building this beautiful shed as a result!"
Other courses included Drafting, Project Management, Residential Plan Reading, Math for Construction Technicians, Sustainable Construction, Design Styles, Architectural History, and more....
